Eve B. Baird is a former NATO counter-terrorism agent and the new Guardian to Flynn Carsen and the new Librarians .

Biography

Early Life

Eve was born on December 24th. At least one of her parents were in the military and she spent Christmas as a child on military bases. Prior to The Librarians, she was a part of the NATO Anti-Terrorist group and had been on more than one tour. She has hinted that she does not like her middle name, and refuses to tell Ezekial what it is.

Meeting the librarian

When on a mission to track down a nuclear bomb, Eve met Flynn Carsen who was there to get Opal of Samara. The opal contains a trap as well and Flynn had to disarm it as he helped Eve with the bomb while she had to hold off the terrorists in a firefight. They managed to defuse both the bomb and the artifact. She got surprised by a terrorist who holds her at gunpoint, Flynn calmly explains his weapon is empty as he counted the shots and Eve knocks him out. Eve asks how he does that and he simply says he is the Librarian. He then disappeared as her men came in. Confused, she later received a letter which invited her to come to the library. She found out the library was filled with magical items and Flynn explained to her that he was the librarian. They found out that potential librarians were getting killed all over the world. She agreed to join him.

They first went to New York. They met Cassandra Cillian, who was has a photographic memory as she is able to link all of her five senses to her memory. Eve then went to Oklahoma to find the next candidate Jacob Stone. She found him just in time as he was about to be killed by Lamia. The two fought her and used chairs and bottles to escape her and a horde of Ninja Warriors. She explained to him he was targeted because of his knowledge as he secretly published articles about European and Native American art History.

She and the others met at the library where she and Flynn explained why they were here and that they received a invitation ten years ago. Flynn explained magic got put into artifacts like Excalibur and that there is not much left. Eve mentioned the woman trying to kill Jacob was wearing a snake tattoo. Flynn says that the Serpent Brotherhood wants to bring Magic back.

Using their combined knowledge, the group finds out a painting in England might provide a clue. As the group figure out where the code is by studying the painting, Eve spots several Brotherhood members and quickly takes them out. The group realizes the crown is in a small version of Stone Hedge in the woods. As the Serpent Brotherhood closes in with a chopper, they manage to recreate the sunlight to get the crown. While the rest is working on recreating the sunlight, Eve prepares defenses to hold the enemy off and destroy their chopper. Eve takes out some of the men but gets confronted by Lamia. She tries to fight her but Lamia tosses her to the ground and prepares to kill her with a sword. Flynn intervenes in time and saves her by fighting Lamia. Ezekiel Jones has sabotaged the chopper of the Brotherhood and it explodes while the Librarians flee the scene.

They bring the crown to the library and they talk about how Flynn became the librarian. The alarm goes off and Flynn tells them someone let them in and there is a traitor in their midst. Lamia and a group of killers break in and go for the crown. The Librarians and Eve discover Cassandra has betrayed them in fear of dying. Eve saves Flynn just in time as he is stabbed by Excalibur and is about to get finished off.

Judson and Charlene activate a mechanism that destroys the connection and sacrifice themselves in the process. She and the other Librarians flee out of the library as it starts folding up. They flee through a door and end up in a wood. They meet Jenkins who brings them to the other library. It is revealed Flynn is mortally wounded as his wound can not heal because it was inflicted by Excalibur.

Jenkins explains to Eve librarians get injured often and that it is her job to help him as best as she can. He explains Flynn is heartbroken by the death of Judson and Charlene, who died by folding up the library to protect it. Eve tells him he has to keep it together as Judson would want him to keep going.

Flynn figures out Excalibur is the key to bring magic in the world. The team deduces the stone for the sword must be in London. The Librarians go to London and infiltrate Buckingham Palace as Eve uses her connections to counter terrorism. Eve recognizes a secret entrance and the team gets in. They find Cassandra locked up and quickly free her after she returns to their side. The team makes a plan to use a magnet to take out the crown.

Eve takes out the guards while the rest of the team gets to work on the electricity. The team uses the magnet to take the crown from Malia and rob her of the powers over Excalibur. Excalibur knocks her out. Excalibur loses power and Flynn wants Cassandra to use the remaining power to cure her. However, she uses it to heal Flynn from his lethal wound.

Flynn tells the group he made new rules and the group will slowly be trained and prepared to become librarians. Eve will act as their guardian and protect them during this. Eve and Flynn talk and Flynn says Eve is the future if something might happen to him. The two share a kiss and Flynn says he will come back. Eve confronts Jenkins and says he is going to teach them everything they need to know about the library and magic.

Becoming a guardian

Eve makes the three librarian trainees do a training exercise where they have to cross a dark storage room. She easily finds and subdues them. She tells them about their weaknesses and expresses concern as she is worried they might be in danger during missions. She tells Jenkins they need more training as they can not handle themselves in the field yet and she can not protect three people at once.

The book in the library shows that there are multiple people have gone missing and the librarians tell Eve they want to investigate. Eve agrees but wants them to be well prepared and be careful. The team finds out all the missing people were interns at the Golden Axe Company. They use a magical door that allows them to travel to every door in the world.

They travel to the company. Eve and her team talk with the CEO of the company who says they have no clue what could be going on. The CEO then asks why Eve is interested in it, to which Eve says there might be possible terrorism involved. The CEO tells them that she is not sure how much she can help them and says they can go to human resources for more information, all the while she sizes Eve up. Eve tells the librarians the CEO knows what is going on and she talked to them to size them up. Eve says she will break in the server room while they go to HR.

Eve checks out some rooms and finds a huge collection of old relics related to the Minotaur legend. She calls the other three and they are revealed to be stuck in a magical labyrinth with the Minotaur trying to kill them. Eve finds them and confronts the Minotaur. She shoots him multiple times and they manage to hide in a room as the Minotaur tries to breach the door. Jenkins manages to get them back through a door in the room. At the library the group figures out the company has a magical labyrinth where they keep the Minotaur and feed him interns. They found out they keep the labyrinth intact with the relics at the center of it. If they reach the center they can destroy the labyrinth. Eve tells Jenkins she is unsure as the Minotaur was able to withstand bullets, he ensures her that the library did not choose her because of her ability to kill. Eve and the team create a plan and go back to Boston through the magical door. They realize the labyrinth has expanded and the Minotaur can now also hunt them in the streets of Boston. The Minotaur finds them and attacks them in the appearance of a huge man. Jenkins manages to buy them time by disturbing the labyrinth. Eve tries to make a plan however she realizes they are no soldiers and the situation is not familiar. The librarians use their combined knowledge and they realize Cassandra might lead them to the center as her gifts allowed her to figure out the labyrinth. They decide that Ezekiel and Cassandra will go to the center as Eve and Jacob are going to distract him. Eve uses her agility to rip the Minotaur's nose ring out and angers him. He chases her as she leads him away from the rest. Eve fights the Minotaur however Jacob hits him with a car and then the two drive away. They flee through the magical door and barricade it as the Minotaur tries to break through it. Cassandra and Ezekiel manage to reach the center and destroy the labyrinth by removing the ball of rope. The labyrinth collapses and disappears. Ezekiel and Cassandra manage to get back using the ball of rope. The group compliments each other as they each worked well to complete the mission. Jenkins mentions he is going to lock up the ball of rope as it is dangerous. He mentions the Minotaur will come for Karen as she was the one who locked him up. Eve compliments the team and says she is the one that can improve. She says her military history made her used to fitting people under different labels. Jacob says she can consider them as her partners and she agrees.

Saving Santa

The team is decorating the library for Christmas and Eve mentions she does not like it. There is a short conversation in which Cassandra says her parents told her Santa did not exist where she was 3 years old, Ezekiel says he loves it because of the countless things to steal. Jenkins says Santa has been abducted and that he actually exists. The team responds in disbelief after which he explains it. He says Santa is a avatar who spreads good will during Christmas and that his task is vital in re-charging the good energy in the world. The team finds out the Serpent Brotherhood has kidnapped Santa and Cassandra says Dulaque is behind it as she sees him on video footage. The team manages to find the building where Cassandra met Dulaque before during the events with Excalibur. Eve and Jacob sneak in the place, where Jacob recognizes the rare and expensive antiques displayed. Dulaque seemed to have expected them as he suddenly appears. He compliments Jacob his knowledge and says it is a shame he hides it. Lamia blocks the exit and makes some flirting remarks to Jacob after which Dulaque mentions he knew Eve was at Buckingham Palace. Lamia says Eve is a poor guardian as Flynn had to save her. Dulaqua orders Lamia to kill them, however Jacob quickly picks up a expensive piece of art and threatens to break it, which scares Dulaque and Lamia. He tosses a few pieces towards them which forces them to catch it to avoid breaking it. Meanwhile Ezekiel rescues Santa and they escape through the fireplace. The team escapes safely. Eve gives Ezekiel Santa's hat and tells him to provide a distraction. Santa mentions he has to get his sleigh. However it's been stolen. Santa starts to suffer from mood changes as the hood had to keep his reincarnations separated. Eve moves Santa by car as they discuss why she does not like Christmas. Santa uses his magic to drive the car fast into Canada where the fuel runs out. Eve reveals she does not like Christmas as she was always in places where people were hurting each other during Christmas. She leaves Santa at a bar while she gets Jacob. When returning Santa is possessed by his incarnation as Odin and causes a huge brawl which the team manages to escape. The team meets at the plane where they have no pilot, however Santa tells them he can fly the plane. They escape with the plane however it gets boarded with Santa and his sleigh by Dulaque and Lamia who quickly capture everyone and sabotage the plane. Dulaque tells them he has poisoned Santa so he can not spread the goodwill this year. Eve manages to manipulate Delaque in putting on Santa's hat which forces him to give in to their wishes and let him order the confused Lamia to leave on the sleigh. However he then fights it off and attacks Eve with a sword. She kicks him to the edge of the plane and holds his hand. She tries to force him to tell her how to help the poisoned Santa, however he simply lets go and falls out of the plane. Santa says he is to weak and gives Eve the power to spread the goodwill over humanity this year. Eve experiences countless situations in mere seconds and gives people the power to do the right thing. When it is over Eve's belief in Christmas is restored as well. The group sits at the library and Jenkins said Dulaque has survived the fall out of the plane. The group says they all have had their Christmas wishes fulfilled and Eve smiles she knows her wish got fulfilled as well.

Preventing the Dragon Apocalypse

Eve and the team are figuring out why there are earthquakes in Japan. Jenkins explains the earthquakes are caused by dragons. The group suddenly hears a storm behind the magical door and they prepare for battle. Flynn comes in and explains the dragons who live underground and sleep 90% of their lives, however they can wreak havoc when angered. Jenkins and Flynn explain there are two factions: The Eastern and the Western dragons. He explains that something might have been taken and that the dragons can destroy the world if they do not get it back. Flynn explains a representative of the Eastern Dragons: Mr. Drake will be here any minute. Eve complains that he cannot just burst in and start to give orders as it undermines her authority towards the librarians. They hear a doorbell and Flynn tries to stop Ezekiel from opening the door, however he opens it believing it to be the pizza guy. Mr. Drake says Ezekiel is the spokesperson for the library as he spoke to him first. The team manages to get Jenkins involved as he can help Ezekiel negotiate with Mr. Drake. Flynn explains to Eve and the team the Western Dragons have a stronghold in Rome and that they might have hidden the stolen pearl there. The team prepares to go to Rome to get the pearl back in a repo job. Eve says she needs Jones, however Flynn says he is stuck to do to the negotiations. Eve and the team use the magical door to get to Rome and end up in the Vatican. They see the pope and quickly get out as the cops chase them. Eve and the team look for a puzzle that shows the entrance to the dragon stronghold. On the square Cassandra recognizes a pattern of stones and steps on them to activate a door. The team enters the space and finds a room where the pearl is stored. The room is booby trapped and arrows are shot at anything that makes a sound. The team manages to get the pearl which stops the traps from shooting. Jacob picks up the pearl and locks the team up in the room with a trapdoor before walking away with a strange light in his eyes. The team walks through a tunnel while Eve and Flynn argue about his actions. They encounter a dragon who tells them he did not steal the pearl, Flynn tells Eve the dragon cannot lie so someone framed them. Eve asks the dragon to let them out. Escaping the tunnel they find Jacob at a museum fighting guards because he did not like the way the paintings were ordered. In the fight Jacob drops the pearl and it breaks open and reveals a golden apple. Eve convinces the guards to leave with her ATO badge, as Flynn checks out Jacob. Cassandra picks up the apple and her eyes light up. Cassandra disarms Eve and shoots into a fire extinguisher after which she runs away. The guards and the police get attracted to the shot and confront Eve, Flynn and Jacob. Eve talked to the police and the museum staff, she returned to Flynn and Jacob and told them they better not give Ezekiel that apple. The group then started to look for Cassandra. Eve and the group find the recovering Lamia who got crippled and knocked out by Cassandra. Lamia says Cassandra is going to the power-plant. They find her as she is preparing to use the power-plant cause a cascade failure of electricity through Europe. They manage to make her pass out by asking about the number pi. Eve and Flynn pick up the apple together and become evil. They want to take over the world but first find a penthouse to sleep together. They end up in a argument about who is in charge and Eve punches him, which makes Flynn lose the apple. Eve draws a gun on him, however Lamia attacks her from behind and takes her down. Lamia pins Eve down and prepares to stab her with a tanto. Flynn takes her tanto as he holds the apple. He threatens them as he shouts he should be a god. Eve tries to calm him down however he says she should show more skin and then disappears through the magical door back to the library. Eve and the group follow Flynn through the magical door and end up in the conclave of the faction tribe heads and Dulaque talking about the faith of the library . Flynn chases Eve and the Librarians out of the room and starts to insult them while claiming he can take them all on. Eve and the team manage to let Ezekiel steal the apple from Flynn, who then manages to de-escalate the situation and recover the faith of the faction heads in the library. Flynn later talks to Eve and offers her a contract which will sign her over from NATO to the library. He explains he did not wanted her to be alone after he recruited her and plunged her into all this. He says she did a great job with the librarian. Flynn says he will stay with them if she wants, however Eve says he should go look for the library as she knows he believes he can still find the library. They share a kiss after which he suddenly disappears.

Fairy tales coming alive

Eve, Jacob, Cassandra and Ezekiel come to investigate a accident involving a car that was launched of a bridge. Ezekiel is skeptical about why they should investigate it. The team talks about how they will introduce themself to the local law enforcement. They introduce themself to Sherrif Heyer. Jacob says they are from the library and investigate traffice flow. The sherrif mentions it was most likely just a accident. Ezekiel taunts the sherrif about the town being meaningless. Eve gets them to the car wreck and says Ezekiel should not taunt local law enforcement. Cassandra recognizes a pattern on the car wreck. Jacob sprays on it and they notice a gigantic fingerprint. At the anex Jenkins explains it might be a troll, and says that trolls are dangerous and that they better run when it comes at them. Jenkins tells them that trolls are subdued in daylight. Eve sends Jacob and Cassandra to go ask for any video footage. While Eve and Ezekiel go try to find the troll. Eve explains to Ezekiel he has to be more serious if he wants to be a librarian. Ezekiel explains he is a librarian because it is fun when it is no longer fun he will be gone. The two find the troll and Ezekiel takes a sample. The team comes together and Eve and Ezekiel say it is a troll, however Cassandra and Jacob say it is more. Suddenly they hear a crowd running away. They see a huge wolf running through the streets who tries to bite a woman. The sherrif and his men freeze, however Jacob grabs an axe and throws it at the wolf, hitting him in the neck and killing him. Ezekiel asks him where he learned that and Jacob says he does not know. They see that the wolf is wearing a nightcap and believe the wolf may be related to the story of little red riding hood. The team realizes fairy tales are comming alive. Jenkins explains to the team there must be a artifact that causes this situation. Jenkins says they should perform autopsy on the wolf they killed. Eve and Cassanra have a drink at the bar where the wolf is stored. Ezekiel and Jacob go get the wolf. Eve's hair starts to become longer and Cassandra receives a lot of attention from the local girls who gaze at her. Ezekiel and Jacob bring the wolf to the anex where Jenkins helps them with the autopsy. They realize the night cap is part of the wolf. When Jacob cuts the wolf open there is a young woman in it. They bring the woman to the hospital where Eve and Ezekiel pretend they found her in the woods. The woman says she did not know what happened as she seems charmed by Cassandra. She asks Cassandra her number as Jacob is annoyed by this. The Sherrif mentions the wolf got stolen after Ezekiel was at the bar. Ezekiel taunts him and says he is overworked. The sherrif says he is trouble and he will get him. Eve reminds Ezekiel he should not antagonize local law enforcement, and he says he did not listen. Jenkins meets them in the field and says the stories will become more powerful and that they can be changed by the reader, and eventually entire nations will be affected by this book. He says the book will take energy from the people around it and that they have to search for sick people. The team starts to look for sick people and curious cases. Jenkins tells Cassandra the stories are the old versions and are brutal with archetypes such as the hunter, princess, prince charming and the rogue. Eve and Jacob go to the library and ask for a book that is old. The librarian shows them a book but says it can not be ordered. He locks it away as he tells them it was from Thomson Dieter. Eve and Jacob offer the local librarian to help him with his books, however he refuses. The team gets together at the bar where woman are trying to charm Cassandra. The team wants to find the book in the library, however Ezekiel thinks the sick girl is involved. The sherrif says Ezekiel taught her to pick locks and then cuffs him. Ezekiel escapes the cuffs. However the Sherrif has become a wolf and blows the windows out of the house. The team flees as the sherrif is looking for them. The entire football team has become wolfs. The team realizes they are becoming archetypes as Jacob becomes a huntsman with an axe, Eve starts to look like a princess and Cassandra becomes pince Charming. Jenkins says the good guys have bad endings as well and that they and the bystanders can get killed, the only person that is able to survive everything is Jack the nimble thief. The team walks through the town and realizes the population are becoming Fairy tale characters. The team gets the civilains to the local library to protect them. The wolfs track them and they quickly go to the library. Ezekiel goes to the sick girl where the librarian is reading the story. Ezekiel says the book is killing her and that he has to stop. He tries to grab the book however the old man grabs his wrist and throws him away with superhuman power. The man explains that he has become stronger by the book, growing old is not fun and by taking energy from the village he can become strong again. Jacob, Cassandra and Eve hide the citizens and prepare to defend them against the wolves. They call Ezekiel who explains the situation about the book. The wolves break in and Cassandra stands on the table and gives a rousing speech as they prepare to fight them. Eve starts to look more like a princess and is charmed by Cassandra. Jacob makes her snap out of it. Jacob enages the wolves with his axe and fights the sherrif in single combat. Cassandra uses a tabble leg to fight the wolves. Eve is handicapped by her princess appearance and has trouble fighting well. She calls Ezekiel to chance the story. Ezekiel grabs the book and says the wolves are now blind, which they become instantly. The librarian throws him away and says the wolves are going to kill them. The wolves quickly overpower the team and Jacob gets beat up by the sheriff. Ezekiel grabs the coin and tosses it in the head of the librarian to paralyze him. He grabs the book and makes the sick girl turn it into a happy ending. She quickly says Jacob is a robot, who then beats the sheriff. She then turns Cassandra into Merlyn and Eve in a Ninja princess who then quickly beat the wolves and make them rout. As she ends the story the librarian gets sucked in the book. The team convinces the sheriff it was some hallucinating gass and that everything is great now. The sick girl has been fully recovered and the sheriff asks what Ezekiel did. Ezekiel says this is one of the times we say happy ending. The teams walks off as the sheriff and his daughter look at them. The team returns to the library where Jenkins has put several books ready to inform them. The magical book is revealed to be blank except for a drawing of the trapped librarian. Jacob says it is getting more crazier. Cassandra says she did not mind having al these girls buying her drinks, and Eve says she likes her hair is normal again. They ask is Ezekiel felt different, however he says he was just his amazing self. Ezekiel says he is awesome, and that everyone says he can not do anything however when everyone turned into heroes he just stayed himself and saved the day. Annoyed Eve and Jacob go to the punching bag to blow some steam.

Encountering Morgan Le Fay

Eve arrives at the Annex on a free day but to her suprise Jenkins is there as well as he says he never has a day off. Jacob is there as well as he has access to all the books in history there. Eve came to the Annex investigating magical threats. Ezekiel comes in through the magical door as he seems to have stolen something. The book starts to levitate and Jenkins says it must imply to a huge magical threat. The book shows a S.T.E.M (Science technology engineering and mathematics) fair. The group travels to the fair as Cassandra is excited about the cutting edge developments there. Eve is doubtfull what kind of threat could be at a science fair. The walk in the fair where the presentator tells them the fair is brought by the McCabe learning foundation and introduces science education expert Lucinda McCabe. Lucinde explains that they promote science and offer a schollarship and internships to the winner of the fair.

Eve is sceptical about all the robot stuff and aks why there is no soda vulcano. Lucinde asks them who they are and they introduce themselves as the librarians, which makes Lucinde think they are the judges. The group starts to look for something magical and the students are explaining their stances. Only Cassandra undestands it while the others have no clue what it is about. Eve sees one stance with a vulcano however the student thinks he is not good enough, after which Eve gives him a encouraging speech. The student shows his vulcano which somehow starts to spit real fire and magma.

Lucinde calms the public down while Eve and Jacob talk to the student Lenard who erupted the vulcano. Using her charm she makes Lenard explain that his parents made him join the fair after five other students got disabled by mysterious circumstances.

Eve calls Cassandra and she and Ezekiel discuss how they should find other magical stances. Ezekiel says he stole some prices when he was young. Jenkins joins them as he says he admires science as well. Jenkins says magic is rewriting the physical laws. He says it is probably a coven of three people doing this.

Eve and Jacob start to look for the three bullies they saw earlier. Cassandra and Ezekiel look for the girl Amy of a stance however she is gone and her pushing mom tries to explain the project to them.

Eve and Jacob find the three bullies and realize one of them is trying to ask the girl to continue their relationship. However Amy says school has priority and she can not.

Jenkins explains the rule of three means that whatever you inflict on another will return in three fold. The group wonders how the kids got magic. Jacob talks to the bullie that tried to be with Amy. He says he does not belong in her group or any group and he can not be with her. Jacob tells poetry and says these sub groups are just costumes and roles we play and they are not who we really are. Jacob says he should not let his own or other costumes stop him.

Jacob tells Eve he learned that most people hated Amy because she was the front runner in these kind of competitions. They talk to Amy her mom and she explains Amy has no social life as it will just be a distraction. Ezekiel uses a detector for magic and traces the magic to a phone and steals it. They learn there is a magical app on the phone. Jenkins explains that it is a wish fullfilling spell, so whatever the user of the phone wishes will have a magical influence. Jenkins explains that the phone also influences the mind and keeps influencing the magic making it stronger and stronger.

The Librarians realize there are 27 active users of the magical app at the fair. Cassandra says it is 3 multiplied and that the students are all using the spell on each other.

Lucinde enters through one of the doors and gets in the Annex. Jenkins calls Eve to get to the Annex. Eve comes in and sees Lucinde. Eve suggests they should whipe her memory. Lucinde says everything became much clearer and magically moves the tables out of the way. Jenkins explains Lucinde is Morgan Le Fay . Morgan laughs as Eve has trouble realizing who Morgan is. Jenkins explains she is the sister of King Arthur and is responsible for the fall of Camelot. Morgan says that is not true and Jenkins says she raised an army and killed King Arthur. Morgan tells them it is about to begin as the magic summoned by the students through the app will cause a huge destruction and kill them all. Jenkins asks Eve to shoot her and Eve raises her gun and asks what will happen to the kids. Jenkins says she is a evil creature but Morgan makes him choke with a simple gesture with her hand. Eve shoots her but Morgan simply stops the bullets with magic. Morgan explains she can not be killed with weapons and walks off. Jenkins says Eve has to take her out at all costs. Eve picks up the phone and gets back to the fair.

Eve explains the group that Morgan Le Fay made the app. However Morgan walks past them and says she just made the wish app and the kids uses it to destroy each other. The group asks why she does it and she says she absorbs the magic that comes from the app and uses it to stay young and powerfull. She then quickly disappears.

The group wonders how they can protect the kids. They decide they have to contain the magic that comes towards the kids. Amy decides to help them so they can form a pentagram. Her mother tries to stop her but she says it is her life.

Eve finds Morgan overseeing the fair. Morgan taunts her and says she thinks guardians are envious or annoyed by librarians. Eve punches a suprised Morgan int he face. Eve reveals she uses her own app to wish she could attack Morgan. Eve headbutts Morgan and prepares to kill her if she does not stop the magic. Morgan says she does not control the magic and that Eve either has to stop it or kill her as she can not do both. Eve runs off to the rest of the group.

The librarians and Amy form a pentagram around the group to absorb the magic as they all keep a metal table leg up. As Eve keeps the table leg up she suddenly stands in a empty room. She sees Morgan and walks towards her. Morgan is now powerfull as she absorbed the magic. She says Eve did it and saved them. Eve asks where they are and Morgan says between the seconds. Eve tries to fight her however Morgan explains she is not match for her and breaks the phone with the magic app. Eve asks what she wants and if she wants to rule the world. Morgan says she now has enough magic to hide, she will be gone when it happens. Eve asks when what happens and Morgan says Noli timere malum, sed time heroa. Morgan says Jenkins will understand and that Eve is now woven in the loom of fate. Morgan snaps her fingers and Eve is back in the fair where everything is now normal.

The librarians pretends Lucinda is to the hospital and make Lenard the winners with his vulcano performance.

Jenkins is angry at Eve as she did not kill Morgan when she had the chance. Eve says she is here to protect people and not to kill people. Eve says Morgan said the end of the world is coming. She gives Jenkins the message which means: do not fear the villain, fear the hero. Jenkins angrily says that she should learn to fight the war and not just win the battles or everyone will die.

The Haunted House

Eve and the group try to find a broken layline inn the Nitra Region of Slovakia. As they get close a scared girl runs towards them. Jacob, Eve, Ezekiel and Cassandra get out and help her. They ask her what is going on and she says there is something horrible in the house. She explains her name is Kattie and she and her friends were in the house. Eve asks her what happened and she says a man attacked them. She wants to go back however Jacob tells her they will not let her go alone in the house. Ezekiel says they better flee, however Eve ignores him.

Cassandra says the broken laylines are on the place where Kattie came from. They call with Jenkins who tells them broken laylines are highly dangerous and that they can cause wild magic mixed with haunted spirits. Cassandra gives them magical scrolls which can contain the magic and need to be anchored in the house. Eve wants Cassandra to stay with Kattie while she, Ezekiel and Jacob will enter the house.

Eve asks to Jacob what the house is and he says it is a 19th century frontier house and wonders what it does in Slovakia. The group enters the house and start to clear the rooms. Ezekiel places the scrolls to anchor the magic. The house starts to shake and a knife flies in the air and nails into the wall next to Ezekiel. The group quickly flee the house and Kattie asks them who they are. Cassandra says they are the librarians.

Eve says she Jacob and Ezekiel wil go in as Cassandra and Cathy wait outside. Cassandra is annoyed they not let her go in, Eve tries to explain but Cathy runs in and the group follow her. Eve grabs Kattie and tells her to be quiet as there is a noise upstairs. Cassandra and Kattie stay down while Eve, Jacob and Ezekiel go upstairs. The group splits up to check the rooms. Eve sees an illusion of three youngsters being attacked.

The group is unable to find anyone and Eve describes the youngsters who Kattie says are her friends. The group calls Jenkins who tells them that the broken laylines are contained but the house is the house of legends where different people got killed. Jenkins tells them there are six magical houses. And tells them the house is the shadowbox who moves around takes victims and then moves on. The house does this since the 16th century. Jenkins tells them they perhaps can destroy the house by destroying the dark heart which could be anything. They have till midnight to do this.

The group tells them as they try to find anything magical. They search the place and notice things are gone. The group is unable to find Ezekiel who is now gone. Jacob suggests they burn the house down but Kattie says they must still be in here. They notice a playing recorder that was not there before and the name Katie appears on the wall.

Eve tells Cassandra and Kattie to leave the house and go to Jenkins with the car. Cassandra wants to stay however Eve says she and Jacob will stay because they can fight. If they fail at least Cassandra will remain alive.

Eve and Jacob wonder why the ghost stays hidden. They hear Cassandra and Kattie scream and run towards them. However Jacob sees a toyhouse standing on the table.

Eve, Cassandra and Kattie block the door as the dark man follows them. They realize Jacob is gone.

Eve, Cassandra and Kattie get attacked by the dark man. Eve fights him as she tells Cassandra to leave. Eve fights the Shadow man in close combat and tries to shoot him however he knocks her out and drags her away.

She later wakes up as Ezekiel talks to Jacob as he says the house can make them rich as they are out of the toy house. Eve is in bad shape as she has a black eye and is hurt. Cassandra and the shadow man walk in as Ezekiel and Jacob prepare to fight. Cassandra explains there is no threat anymore and the shadow man turns into a butler. She explains the house is to help people and was made to act as a refuge and they not escaped it would ever be used by a serial killer. Cassandra says goodbye to the ghost and the group takes off. Jenkins tells them the entire family consisted of serial killers and they found the house of refuge. Cassandra turns on the radio and Ezekiel does not like the song, but Cassandra says she wants to listen it. It is revealed they took the dollhouse with them.

City of Light

At the Annex Ezekiel tries to convince the others that aliens exist. Jenkins says they do not exist and Eve is sceptical as Santa is real as well. Jacob says it reminds him off conspiracy theories. Cassandra says it would be unlikely earth would be the only planet with some form of life. The group goes to a town where a alien investigator went missing. Cassandra says Ezekiel is a UFO geek. Ezekiel mentions he would sell out the human race if some superiour race would show up. Eve says she would break his bones if he does.

The group splits up to look for weird stuff.

Ezekiel mentions to Eve he kinda hoped for grain circles. Eve mentions the truck might have been moved. The two realize they are not alone and split up. Ezekiel finds a lamp post and sees Dr. Finch charging at him. Eve interferes and runs Finch into the lamp post. Eve then starts to disappear and turns into a invisible energy form of herself.

She later meets Eve as he is now able to see her with the goggles. Ezekiel sees Eve through the goggles. She motions them to where they can find the energy source. Jacob and Mabel study the blueprints and Jacob mentions there might have been a town where lamps were.

Eve leads Cassandra and Ezekiel to town and Ezekiel sees some people are glowing up.

Jacob sees lamps and asks her what she is doing. She says she helps him if he will do the right thing. She explains there was a twon build here before.

Ezekiel follows Eve who points him towards people who are being taken over by energised human forms. He flees as they chase him and hits a lamp that stops them.

Cassandra gets confronted by Finch and knocks him down after which she flees.

Jacob explains to the group the town was invented by the founder of electricity. Cassandra shows a picture of 1915 were Mabel is on it.

Mabel explains to them the lamp poles were prototypes for wireless electricity and when they were activated something went wrong and all the people in the city turned into invisible version of themselves. Mabel was in the controlroom and therefore became anchored in her body with a device.

Ezekiel asks why they are in other bodies. They explain they took over bodies to work on creating a solution. They took Finch over because he was a stranger.

The librarians talk about if they will help them. Ezekiel says stealing bodies is just wrong. Jacob says they should help them as it is horrible they can not participate like this. Cassandra says they have a 50 percent chance to get them back or the gas lamps will get destroyed and they will be gone.

Jacob and Mabel talk and she says she stayed around as the gas laps are the only thing that keep her into this world. She mentions Jacob should travel as well as he had been held back while he likes architecture and art and could visit all kinds of places. He explains he felt obliged to run the family company and used it as an excuse to not do anything. The two end up kissing.

They prepare the lamps as best as possible and then try to perform the process to bring them back. The process starts to become instable and the place threatens to blow. Finch wants to take that risk and destroys the equipment to avoid Cassandra from stopping the process.

The group frees Cassandra as Finch locked her up. Cassandra says the place is going to blow up if it does not work. The group realizes they have to stop it and Mabel agrees.

They are unable to approach the generator but Jacob holds on to Mabel which grounds him so the electricity does not kill him. Ezekiel engages the body snatched citizens and keeps them off.

Jacob and Mabel manage to get close enough to the generator and Mabel shuts it down which also removes the connection between the citizens and this world.

The group sits together and they discuss if it could have worked. Eve came back but it was still unsure if the others would get back as well. Jenkins hands Eve a book in which she can make a note so that the future librarians will use another generator over 100 years again to bring the citizens back to this world.

The Loom of Fate

The group checks out a pyramid. While investigating they encounter mummies. Eve experiences a vision of her laying near a river while she is bleeding.

Eve gets back to her senses in a pyramid where she, Ezekiel, Cassandra, and Jacob try to disarm a booby trap while fighting of mummies. Flynn shows up and makes the mummies disappear by removing their medaillons. Eve says he did not mention that. Flynn explains he believes he found a way to bring back the library, and that this sarcophage holds the key to it.

At the Annex, Flynn explains that the pharaos used pyramids as passage to the afterlife. Jacob is sceptical about a doorway to heaven inside pyramids. Jenkins explains a doorway like they have to other dimensions. Cassandra calculates it but gets confused as the space is to big and even bigger then the labyrinth. Her nose starts to bleed and Ezekiel helps her.

Jenkins mentions this door might give them acces to the space where the library is floating and they can anchor it backwards to them. Jacob mentions they can use the ball of rope from the labyrinth and the magical app from Morgan Le Fay to help get back the library.

The group prepares to bring back the library using the story book they found before. It is working and Flynn says Jenkins was right about the pyramids, however Jenkins says he never send him any notes. Flynn is confused and suddenly there smoke emerges out of the sarcophage. The group weakens under the effects of the smoke and falls to the floor as they are unable to move. Dulaque walks in and explains that they did all the work for him. He says this will not just change the world, but will end it. Lamia follows him as she covers her face from the smoke. Dulaque says they will use a bloodsacrifice after which Lamia grabs Flynn and prepares to kill him. Dulaque quickly stabs Lamia in the back which makes her fall suprised to the floor. She seems shocked by his betrayal as she mentions she loved him. Dulaque mentions it was necessary as Flynn holds a collapsed Lamia. Eve and Flynn quickly chase Dulaque through the door as he leaves.

They end up in a river while Dulaque stands on the shore looking at a loom. Flynn says this is the river of time and that is the loom of fate. He screams against Eve that she has to stop him. Dulaque stabs into a particular section of the loom and the loom starts to glow.

Eve finds herself in a forest with Flynn. Flynn has no memory of Eve and does not know who she is. They get captured by soldiers. The soldiers check their papers as Flynn mentions he is a professor. Eve and Flynn get saved by a masked martial artist. He removes his maks and it is revealed to be Jacob. He kisses Eve, causing her to walk away saying "nope, nope nope". Jacob talks with Flynn who knows nothing about magic and is just a professor. Eve grabs Flynn and talks to Jacob who turns out to be the librarian. Jacob explains she died before. They learn that Jacob became the librarian and Flynn never showed up for the interview. Eve explains that Flynn was the librarian where she came from. They manage to find mystical stones. Eve asks how she died and Jacob explains she died as she tried to prevent Delaque from taking the library. Jacob tells Eve that without the Serpent Brotherhood, the magic becomes wild magic and technology is failing and wars are breaking out. He is finding magical artifacts to keep them safe. Flynn spots a pattern in the pine trees around the stones. With his knowledge, they find out how they can use the stones for teleportation. Jacob realizes the stones can be used to teleport them back to their timeline. He powers them up and makes them teleport away as the soldiers close in on him.

Flynn and Eve get into a building where Flynn starts to freak out about how he just got teleported. Ezekiel appears and explains it was magic. Flynn asks who he is and Ezekiel says he is the librarian. Ezekiel explains they move between paralel universes each with minor differences. Even asks if they were lovers and Ezekiel says she was like a mother to him. Ezekiel tells that she died the day that Dulaque tried to take the library. Ezekiel says that they can help him with his ghost problem. He explains that the killer in the magical house made a wish and that ghosts are now possessing people. Most of the human population is now controled by ghosts. Flynn freaks out about the situation. Eve asks him why he did not respond to the letter he received from the library. Flynn explains he was comfortable at the university and it was just a twist of a loom of fate. Eve realizes Dulaque cut the fabric and that way he cut history. They hear a noise and decide to investigate as Eve tells him he is the librarian even though he does not know it.

The ghosts break into the building and take over an employee while another one escapes and informs Jones. Ezekiel asks Flynn for help who tells them that they can use bionic force and assuming magic is real he can overload the spirit energy. Ezekiel is confused and Eve realizes Ezekiel is not skilled in history and that Flynn fills up that blind spot. Ezekiel and Eve hold off the ghosts and Flynn activates the system. The ghosts get hit with the energy and get forced out of the bodies they possess. The freed people cheer as Ezekiel thanks Flynn and says that he used magic to save the world. Flynn is confused about magic but Ezekiel says he will get used to it. Eve and Flynn slowly start to disappear. Eve tries to convince Flynn it is because of the timeline but Flynn says he does not believe it. Ezekiel says it was good seeing her again and that it was good that she brought Flynn to save the world, like it was fate. The two then disappear.

Eve and Flynn appear in a rusty building and they smell something strange as they suddenly see a dragon flying over. Excited Flynn anounces he believes in magic now. Eve says they got rid off the dragons, however Flynn gets hit in the neck with a dart. Flynn passes out as Lamia sneaks up on Eve and subdues her. Lamia orders two men to bring the two to the boss.

Eve and Flynn wake up while they are tied down on chairs. Lamia asks them who they are as Eve can not be Eve because Lamia watched her die. Eve kicks Lamia away and knocks out the men watching her. Lamia and Eve prepare to fight as they suddenly get stopped by Cassandra. Cassandra frees Flynn as she mentions he is not from around here. She welcomes Eve and assures her she was nothing like her mother. Cassandra and the group walk through the building as the people present bow for her. Cassandra mentions she wish they do not honor her, but Lamia says they owe it to her as she saved them from the dragons. Lamia explains to Eve she is Cassandra her guardian after Eve got killed. Cassandra realizes they are skipping through alternate timelines and says Morgan Le Fay warned her for that. Seeing a picture of the timeline Eve says she saw Dulaque cut the timeline. Lamia says she killed Dulaque after he killed Eve. She tells that she knew Cassandra was the chosen one after she found Excalibur. Eve says that in her timeline Dulaque wanted to go back to the time of Camelot. Flynn explains that the timeline will restart from where you cut it. Cassandra explains Dulaque wanted history to restart at the height of his power and the power of magic. However he cut it but did not reweave it so the fabric of history became frail. Cassandra continues that Eve and Flynn skip from thread to thread while each contains another path they could have taken. Eve asks how Cassandra can controll all this magic. Cassandra explains that when her brain tumor grew she used magic to save her life. Cassandra says history will continue to unravel untill all time is undone. Cassandra says she lost and that she will evacuate this world as Morgan Le Fay thought her how to open doors. Flynn tells her she should not give up as the others also did not give up. Cassandra says he is a librarian and Flynn says he could be, and that he would have become one if he could choose again. Flynn says they could reweave the threads again. Cassandra says they need something powerfull and Eve says they can use the rope of the labyrinth. Eve searches the Annex as Cassandra mentions to Flynn he cares for her but that no matter what she will die in the end. Flynn realizes they can rewind the threads again like a rope, however they need the librarians from all three universes to make it work. The three librarians work together and transport the group back to the world of Eve. Cassandra says they can go through the doors and that they can reach the loom of fate. Eve gets the ball of rope and a sword and she and Flynn thank the group and go through the doors. Flynn stops and says that if they rewind the threads their lines will cease to exist and they will be gone. Jacob says it was an interesting line. The librarians say a life of mystery, missery, loneliness and adventure and the chance to save the world every week. The group says goodbye as Eve and Flynn go to the loom of fate.

Flynn is busy with the loom as a young version of Dulaque shows up and knocks down Eve and Flynn. Dulaque explains that he was like this during the time of Camelot. He says it was a perfect world with one king and magic. He then stabs Eve in the chest and she collapses to the floor. Schocked Flynn grabs the sword and tries to fight Dulaque. Dulaque easily beats him and says there is only one swordsman his equal. As he tries to kill Flynn he gets blocked by Jenkins who drives him back. Dulaque tries to convince Jenkins but he says that it was the fate of Camelot to fall. Dulaque tries to fight his way past Jenkins as Flynn rewinds the threads. Jenkins easily holds him off while Dulaque tries to convince Jenkins that people need to be ruled by kings. Jenkins says the time of kings is over and that the people should be able to rule themself. The Loom recovers and Dulaque disappears while Flynn becomes himself again (the version of him being the librarian). Flynn says there must be another option as he lifts up Eve. Jenkins, Eve and Flynn go back to the Annex where the rest is. Flynn uses the storybook to get the library back. Opening the doors they see the library is back again. Flynn uses a magic potion to revive Eve just as her heart stopped beating. Flynn says he does not believe in faith. The group looks at the Library as Flynn says it feels like home.

Flynn tells the group they are now graduating and they can do mission on their own. Eve hands them small versions off the clipping book so they can get their own missions. Eve ensures them they will be fine as she has seen them all in alternate futures. Ezekiel says he can use a break and Jacob says he would like to visit his family again. Cassandra says she would like to try a case and opens the book. She says she goes to Lima and Jacob and Ezekiel decide to tag allong.

Eve talks to Jenkins and thanks him. Jenkins says he does not remember what happened. And that Eve was probably the only one who was able to keep her mind intact as she was spreading goodwill over the earth during the Christmas. Jenkins says it was allmost fate, however Eve says it was he who send them to Santa not the clipping book. Jenkins smiles and says it is coincidence. Flynn and Eve talk and she says she got to see him as he was without being the librarian. The two open the clipping book and it shows a huge disaster is about to happen. As they prepare to leave Flynn asks her for a date as they are going to engage a disaster. Eve says this is his idea of a date. The two leave through to the door smilling.

Personality

Eve is a trained soldier and tries to approach situations in a calm and methodical manner. She had some trouble believing magic was real, however, she quickly adjusted and was able to come up with solutions to solve magical problems. Her relationship with Flynn seems a bit distant, however she starts to like him and she mentions they are a lot alike as they both are traveling over the world hunting for dangerous objects. She also realizes both have problems with their friends and family as they can not understand their work. Eve grows closer to Flynn as they experience more situations together and they even share a kiss. She is highly protective of the team and treats them as soldiers. She had some trouble adjusting to the new situation but managed to use the team their unique skills combined with her leading and military skills to get the job done. She learned she had to learn as well for her job as a guardian, and mentions she considers the librarians not assets or soldiers but her partners.

When meeting Santa she did not like him as Christmas had always been hypocritical in her experience. However, when she had to spread the goodness of humanity because Santa was ill, she regained her faith in Christmas.

When holding the Apple of Discord she became the worst version of herself. Eve became egocentric and violent. She wanted to leave the librarians and get a penthouse together with Flynn (also holding the apple) she quickly got in a disagreement with him over who made the decisions. Eve punched Flynn down and then wanted to shoot him.

She cares deeply for the team and considers herself their protector. She also prefers not to kill as she did not want to shoot Morgan Le Fay, and only tried to shoot her when she choked Jenkins.

Abilities

Military training and experience: Eve is a seasoned soldier and well versed in the military disciplines.
Markswoman: Eve is skilled with all kinds of firearms.
Skilled leader: Eve is highly skilled in leading groups and making quick decisions.
Hand to hand combat: Eve is skilled in close combat. Being able to quickly take out multiple killers of the Serpent Brotherhood. Using chairs and bottles she was able to fend off multiple Ninjas in a bar fight. She was even able to defend herself for a while against the dangerous Lamia before getting overpowered.
Tactician: Eve can design plans to perform dangerous missions. She was able to catch Morgan Le Fay off guard using her own magical app. According to Jenkins, Morgan had not been suprised by anyone in the last century.
Bilingual: As demonstrated in the team's Rome escapade, Eve speaks fluent or near-fluent Italian, a skill she used to help them get out of trouble with several museum guards.
